Received a Keratin treatment here, late 2024, a relaxer was obviously added, I’m natural , had to cut off all my very long natural hair, horrible experience. I hope no one else has to go through what I did.

I been a loyal customer of Day for 17 years. I love the remodeling of the salon. This salon never disappoints me. The quality of the products, customer service, and hair treatment is extraordinary. I am pleased with service and get endless comments about my hair every time. Thank Day!!!!
I used to go to this salon, do not recommend If you have type 4c hair. The owner Diana is nice & professional, however the large Dominican women who goes by the name Jahida that speaks no English is incredibly prejudice against you if your hair isn’t bone straight & European aligned or white adjacent. They will talk crap about you in Spanish as if you don’t understand body language and mannerisms. I will spend my money elsewhere. Where I am respected, and where my type of hair texture will be cared for not criticized and marginalized. The self- hatred against textured hair, with kinks, coils and curls in this salon is unreal. Do better!!!
